Venado is turning 50! Join us as we celebrate Venado Middle School’s rich history and incredible community on Thursday, March 26, from 5:00–7:30 p.m., the same evening as our annual Open House.
Reconnect with former students, parents, and staff as we honor the generations who have made Venado a true family. Enjoy a walk down memory lane with yearbook & photo displays and a slideshow highlighting our shared history. The evening will feature our Jazz Band, a DJ, book fair, food and dessert, 50th-anniversary T-shirts (available online) and other merchandise showcasing our rebranded Knight logo, and special guest speakers.
Over the past decade, we have modernized nearly the entire school. Come see the many changes that have been made to our beautiful campus, reconnect with longtime friends, enjoy the lush grounds, entertainment and food.
When you complete the RSVP form, you will also have the option to upload photos from your time at Venado, which may be included in our displays and slideshow.

A parking variance from the City of Irvine will be in effect, which allows people to park on the school-side of Deerfield Avenue, starting at Doe Trail/Deer Creek and ending at Fawn Glen/Deer Spring. If you live close to Venado, you may wish to consider walking.
