End of the Year Textbook Return: 7th Grade Monday, May 20 & 8th Grade Tuesday, May 21
We will be conducting a return for all textbooks, novels and library materials: 7th Grade Monday, May 20 & 8th Grade Tuesday, May 21. Please remind your student(s) to return ALL their books during their History classes for both 7th Grade & 8th Grade students.
7th GRADE STUDENTS NEED TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING BOOKS:

Any library books checked-out
-
History Textbook McGraw Hill Impact (hardcover)
-
Science Textbook (hardcover)
-
Any Class Novels checked-out
***Students do not need to return their consumable workbooks such as, their StudySync or Springboard workbooks
***Book fines will apply, if a student has a damaged or lost book(s).
8th GRADE STUDENTS NEED TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING BOOKS:

Any library books checked-out

Textbooks - Science, History, Spanish 1 and Integrated Math Vol. 1 & Vol. 2 (hardcover)

Any class novels checked-out (example: The Martian, Refugee, Chains, etc.)
***No need to return the consumable workbooks (StudySync, Springboard, etc.)
***Book fines will apply, if a student has a damaged or lost book(s).
If you have any lost or damaged book(s) from Venado, you may pay for your damaged or lost book(s) through MySchoolBucks (MSB). If you already have an MSB account, you will see library/textbook fines as “invoices” that you can choose to “add to cart” and then pay by credit card or ACH. ALL payments must be paid online. We are no longer taking payments at the Venado front office.
Helpdesk guides for parents about MySchoolBucks Payments:
8th grade students with outstanding fines will not receive their Promotion Certificates at the Promotion Ceremony. We want to avoid this, so please promptly take care of any fines. Outstanding fines also follow students to high school.
