The Second Trimester Progress Report marks the midway point of the 2018-2019 school year. Second Trimester Progress Reports were just finalized this past Friday, January 25, so if you have not had the opportunity, please log on to your Parent Portal account to see if your child received a progress report or not. Progress reports are issued by our teachers for any student who has a C- grade or lower, or marks of Needs Improvement (N) or Unsatisfactory (U) in work habits or citizenship. Even though students at this age want greater levels of autonomy and freedom, it’s still important for parents to actively monitor their child’s progress. If your child received a progress report, I recommend that you problem solve with him/her and come up with a plan to address poor grades and/or marks.
