Since Venado teachers use technology a great deal, and at times expect students to complete assignments online, internet access becomes a necessity. Cox’s Connect2Compete program brings discounted Internet service to qualifying households. To be considered for the Connect2Compete program, applicants must meet and verify the following requirements:

● Have at least one K-12 student living in the household

● Participate in one of the following: the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), SNAP, TANF or Public Housing

● Have not subscribed to Cox High Speed Internet service in the last 90 days.

● No outstanding Cox bills or unreturned equipment.

Eligible families can apply online or by calling 855-222-3252.
