Venado will continue to provide our students with effective ways to address bullying and disrespect through the Expect Respect program. Expect Respect is the bullying prevention part of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program. This program outlines appropriate responses along with the differences between mean, rude and bullying behavior. One important part of Expect Respect is the school-wide STOP phrase, which we encourage students to use, if needed. Our STOP phrase is: “ENOUGH.” To learn more about this program, please see pages X-XI in the Student Planner. You may also view the presentation that was shared with students through homeroom in September on the Venado website: Counseling Tab > Resources for Parents, or by clicking on the following link: Expect Respect Presentation
