Winter Conferences - Week of February 3

Parents and Guardians,

You are invited to attend Conferences via Zoom on the dates/times listed below:

  • Monday, February 3:          12:30 - 3:30 p.m. (Minimum Day)

  • Tuesday, February 4:          12:30 - 3:30 p.m. (Minimum Day)

  • Thursday, February 6:         7:45 - 10:00 a.m.  (Modified Late Start)

  • Friday, February 7:              7:45 - 9:00 a.m. (Modified Late Start)

Wednesday, February 5 is a traditional day with school starting at 8:11 a.m. and ending at our usual time of 3:00 p.m.  There are no conferences scheduled for this day.  To view our bell schedules for the Winter Conference week, please click on this link.


Any parent who would like to schedule a conference with one of their child’s teachers may do so.  Parents are not required to sign up for Conferences, they are optional.   If you are satisfied with your child's progress and you simply have questions or would like information from one of your child’s teachers, scheduling a conference may not be needed.  Please feel free to reach out to the teacher now via email or phone for assistance.

Scheduling a parent teacher conference is beneficial for the following reasons:

  • Questions about class(es), curriculum, grading practices or protocols

  • General discussion or feedback about your child’s progress

  • Changes at home that affect your child’s learning

  • Overall difficulty in reading, math or other subject(s)

  • Overall check in to learn how to better support your child’s learning and wellness at home 


On the afternoon of Friday, January 24, each of your child’s teachers will send you an email via Parent Square with their conference sign up and Zoom links.  Parents may receive 6-7 teacher emails with their unique conference schedules.  You must have a Parent Square account to sign up for conferences.  Please see the previous school communications about how to sign up for a Parent Square account.  A copy of the communication is also included below for your convenience.


Only parents and guardians can sign up for conferences.  Students are required to attend conferences with their parents and should have their backpacks, Chromebooks and student planners available for the conferences.  Sign-ups are on a first come, first served basis.  If you have an extenuating circumstance and are not able to sign up for a conference, please contact your child’s teacher via email.  Office assistants and school counselors will not be able to sign parents up for conferences.
