HALLOWEEN DRESS-UP DAY

Venado will be holding a Halloween Dress-up day on Wednesday October 31, and the Venado ASB/leadership will be holding a costume contest at lunch. If your child dresses up, please make sure your child’s costume follows these guidelines to keep the event fun for everyone, and to avoid disciplinary consequences:

* All costumes must follow Venado’s Dress Code Policy. See page XII of the Student Handbook in the Student Planner for more information.

* No Masks.

* No weapons (fake or real).

* Costumes must not disrupt school activities. Students must be comfortable and fully able to participate in class while wearing a costume.

* Costume themes must be school appropriate, safe and inoffensive.
