Galentine's Day: Virtual Girl Empowerment Workshop

The Middle School Program will be hosting its third annual Galentine’s Day event virtually this year! This girl empowerment workshop will have discussions about self-compassion, manifesting long term goals, self-care activities, a self-defense course and learning about different empowering foods to give you energy throughout the day.
