The goal of the Middle School Program (MSP) is to engage youth in positive social-recreational activities during non-school hours. Students are encouraged to participate in the development and implementation of program activities that focus on community service, personal skill development, and social recreation. Services are provided in cooperation with the Irvine Unified School District.

Youth Action Team (YAT) – Mondays & WednesdaysYAT is a free after school program where students go on volunteer projects throughout Orange County. Meetings are Monday’s afterschool from 3:00-3:45 p.m. in The Commons, and projects are Wednesday’s afterschool from 3:00-5:30 p.m. If your child is interested in joining YAT, please have them come to a Monday meeting to collect the necessary paperwork to sign up.

Co-Ed Basketball – Tuesdays & Thursdays, Starting January 8 thru January 31Calling all ballers! This month MSP is running after school co-ed basketball! This is a fun program for beginners and for experienced players. Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. This class cost $19 and includes supervision/coaching, a t-shirt, and transportation to and from district wide tournaments. Ice, Ice Baby! – Friday, January 18 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.Grab your friends for an afternoon of Ice Skating and Movies at the Spectrum. This is a perfect class to enjoy winter festivities with your besties and ring in the New Year! This class includes ice skating for 2 hours, movie tickets, transportation, and supervision. Make sure to bring some money for dinner at your favorite food spot at the Spectrum!
