One of the Venado traditions we are very proud of is the HONOR Assembly. HONOR Assemblies are held two times a year, after the first and second trimesters. We honor and acknowledge students who made the Principal’s Honor Roll (GPA of 3.75 to 4.0), the Assistant Principal’s Honor Roll (GPA of 3.0 to 3.74), and students who were chosen by their teachers to receive an HONOR Award for academic distinction, athletic achievement, or for modeling our HONOR Code. Our second trimester HONOR Assembly will be held on April 8, 2019. We are pleased to share the following:
· 231 students made the Principal’s Honor Roll. This represents 38% of our student body;
· 250 students, or 41% of our student body, made the Assistant Principal’s Honor Roll;
· 481 students, or 79% of our student body, made either the Principal’s or Assistant Principal’s Honor Roll.
All award recipients will also receive a certificate. Congratulations, once again, to all of our students who will be recognized at the assembly.
