We are thrilled to announce the incredible success of the History Department at the recent National History Day (NHD) state competition over the weekend. The competition included 1400 students, and the Venado team truly shone with every single one of our projects being named finalists, placing in the top 10 in their respective categories.
Moreover, we are incredibly proud to have two of our students declared champions, and two other projects earning honorable mentions. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication put forth by our students, as well as the guidance and support provided by our amazing staff.
We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all of our NHD students. We are so proud of their accomplishments as young historians and we look forward to building on this success as a team in the future. Once again congratulations to the following students.
